Silver Crest - Thekkady

I recently had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel in Thekkady. the location was excellent as it was conveniently situated in the main market area, allowing easy access to shopping and other attractions. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided great service, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with windows that provided a lovely view of the garden area. Moreover, the breakfast served every morning was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. this hotel offered great value for money and I was very impressed with the attention to detail and basic amenities provided.

During my Christmas stay at the hotel, I enjoyed the spectacular view from the balcony and the friendly staff who offered great service. The hotel's location was ideal, close to the main market and tourist attractions. the hotel had a great pool, which was a bonus for a refreshing dip.

The breakfast menu lacked variety and could use some improvement. , I had to change the wifi password several times, and the connection only lasted for two hours, which was inconvenient as I had to keep requesting for a new password.

The rooms were a bit outdated and the sofa upholstery was old and worn. Some noise from other guests could be heard in the hallway.
